A crowded subway car. At least I got this photo out of it.

NYC. Saturday afternoon, June 3. On the 6 uptown. A bunch of trains were jacked up today. Maintenance, according to the MTA. But what makes anyone think that taking trains out of service for line maintenance over a weekend is a good idea? I mean, why not do that on the overnight? From the looks of things today, it seemed like the trains were just as crowded as during the week. Somebody 's got some 'splainin' to do.
