A few months ago, the talented writer Kaitlyn Greenidge (who, incidentally, used to work at Weeksville), brought her daughter with her to attend an event at the Center. That day, I happened to have my camera and snapped the photo below of her and Mavis.
Of course, I was excited to see that she’d selected the photo to be used as part of her parenting piece, which you can read here. Thanks again, Kaitlyn! That’s right, y’all: Ya boy has been published in the country’s paper of record!
