Truth is, I’ve got over 100 feeds in my RSS reader. One of them is the feed from Tom Peters’ site because, well, he’s Tom Peters.
Tom recently distilled some lessons from Charlie Wilson’s War (the book, not the movie) on how to be an effective change agent. Really good stuff about how to navigate organizations, networking and overall excellent reinforcement of the value of relationships.
