This is dope, and in no way cheesy because it plays to one of the things that set Van Damme apart as an action hero.  Volvo ends up looking smart for tying their product to one of their spokesman’s attributes.  In fact, longtime JCVD fans will remember the scene below from 1989’s Cyborg.  It was the first time I ever saw him do this split and, I have to say, it was a pretty epic scene.  Still cool today.
